Helping others live a better life

As a young kid from Long Island, my family taught me the importance of chasing your dreams and being different. Through their unconditional support, I was able to discover my first true passion; Bowling. The sport of Bowling has presented me with many amazing opportunities, putting me in touch with incredible individuals from around the world and turning my dreams into reality. The realization of these dreams would not have been possible without the help of some amazing coaches, friends, and family. The help I have received along my journey has inspired me to discover my second true passion in life; Helping others.

In an effort to reach as many people as possible, I began to transform my focus on social media platforms from highlighting my personal bowling, to using my experiences and the lessons I have learned from those experiences to help others. The positive responses and feedback from my followers was heartwarming, and reaffirmed that I was moving in the right direction. This recognition on social media lead to an invitation to speak to a group of young bowlers in Dallas, TX., of which I gladly accepted. It was during my time speaking to this group that I truly realized my passion for helping others.

Since then, I have completed my MBA, become a Certified Mental Performance Coach, and helped athletes from around the United States. I have become increasingly passionate about helping other individuals live better lives full of love, joy and happiness. Life is meant to be fun, and I hope to relay this message to others through my work. I look forward to sharing this new and exciting chapter of my life with you, and creating some amazing memories along the way!

Talk to you soon,

Matthew Farber
